# Ellie

> Ellie is an AI assistant suite for reply-heavy work. The flagship product, Ellie
> (the email assistant), connects to Gmail or Outlook and drafts replies overnight in
> your voice, using your writing style, your company knowledge base, and live CRM data.
> Two additional products: Ellie Docs (help docs, changelog and API reference that write
> and maintain themselves from your code; free plan, paid plans from $39/month billed
> annually) and Ellie Desk (an AI-drafted shared support inbox, in early access).

Ellie is built by an independent, self-funded team with no outside investors. Ellie
does not train AI models on user email content; each thread is read at draft time to
generate a reply and then discarded.
